Print360 – Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between Print360 (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and our customers (“you”, “your”). By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. If placing an order on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
3. Quotations and Pricing
• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue, subject to material price changes and exchange rate fluctuations.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed in writing.
• A 10% production variation (over or under) is industry standard and will be invoiced accordingly.
4. Orders and Payment
• Orders will only be processed once we have received written approval and full payment (or a confirmed credit account).
• All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD) unless a credit application has been completed and approved.
• Orders must be accompanied by final artwork and signed-off proofs.
• We reserve the right to reject orders at our discretion.
5. Turnaround Times and Delivery
• Turnaround times begin after proof approval and full payment.
• Standard turnaround is a minimum of 3–5 business days unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery charges apply unless specified otherwise.
• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, load shedding, or force majeure.
6. Artwork and Proofs
• Print360 is not liable for errors in artwork provided by the customer (e.g., spelling, colour, resolution).
• We will supply digital proofs for approval. It is your responsibility to check all content and layout.
• Once a proof is approved, Print360 cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
• Design services are billed separately unless included in the quote.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
• Orders may only be cancelled before printing has commenced.
• A cancellation fee will be charged for time spent on design, proofing, or materials purchased.
• No refunds are available once production has started unless we are at fault.
• In the case of defects or errors caused by Print360, we will reprint or offer a suitable remedy at our discretion.
8. Returns and Complaints
• Complaints must be made in writing within 3 business days of receipt of goods.
• No returns will be accepted without prior written approval.
• Goods must be returned in original packaging and condition.
• Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
9. Intellectual Property
• All artwork created or edited by Print360 remains our intellectual property unless transferred in writing.
• You confirm that you have the legal right to use any images, logos, or trademarks submitted.
• We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene.
10. Limitation of Liability
• Print360 will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from any order.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the goods in question.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
• We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you.
• We do not sell or share customer information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
12. Force Majeure
